The goal of the workshop is to showcase the AWARE-HIV/AIDS project’s efforts to strengthen the capacity of regional institutions and networks and enable them to play a leadership role in the response to the HIV epidemic through the provision of training and technical assistance in West and Central Africa. The target audience for this workshop includes NACPs and/or NACs officials of the 18 AWARE countries, West Africa regional institutions and networks, USAID/WA, other USAID country missions in West Africa, other bilateral donors, UN agencies, and national and international NGOs active in West Africa.
